Sound Healing Meditation with Veronica King

Are you feeling burnt out and in need of some relaxation time? Are you looking for a practice that will help you bring some calm into your busy schedule? Are you looking for a moment to pause and take time for yourself? If you are, we invite you to join us for an evening of calming vibrations with Veronica King of Kasama Wellness.  Veronica’s sound baths are aimed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s rest & digest mode) allowing your mind and body to enter a deeply restorative state. 

This class does not require any prior experience. All you need to bring with you is a yoga mat or meditation chair, a blanket and anything that will make you comfortable for the hour session. 

The session will begin with a brief guided meditation followed by a relaxing soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other soothing instruments. 

Tickets can be purchased in person at The Maple Market or on the Maple Market website. Please select pickup at checkout, your ticket and waiver will be emailed to you.
